Is there a monthly platform fee like Shopify?
No monthly platform fees at all. You pay once for the development and that's it. After 1–3 years, only hosting renewal (₹3,000–5,000/yr) and domain renewal (₹700–1,500/yr) apply. Razorpay charges ~2% per transaction — that's standard for all payment gateways in India and has nothing to do with us.
Which payment gateways are supported?
We integrate Razorpay (supports UPI, all bank cards, net banking, wallets — Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay), plus Cash on Delivery. Premium plan also includes EMI options. All gateways are fully compliant with RBI guidelines and support instant settlements to your bank account.
Can I add more products after launch?
Yes! Every plan comes with a simple admin panel where you can add, edit and remove products yourself without any technical knowledge. No developer needed for day-to-day product management — we train you fully before handover.
Do you upload my products or do I have to do it?
For up to 50 products, we upload them for you as part of the package. For larger catalogues, we provide easy bulk import tools and training. You just need to share a spreadsheet with product details and images — we handle the technical upload.
Can I migrate from an existing Shopify / WooCommerce store?
Yes! We migrate all your existing products, orders and customer data from Shopify, WooCommerce or any other platform — with zero downtime. Migration is included in the Growth and Premium plans and available as a paid add-on for the Starter plan.
